Most people stop before they walk through the doors of an exercise class. They feel they can’t do it because they don’t have the confidence. Most 1-2-1 trainers have the same clients year after year costing them a fortune. We only want you for a few weeks because if we do our job properly, you will have the fitness and confidence to walk through those doors to an exercise class and pay a fraction of the costs. During your few weeks with us, we will tailor your programme to suit yourself and you will also join us at our studio and participate in our classes. You will soon realise that classes are fun and social-able.
